Course description

This module provides a foundational overview of Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) and its role in improving patient outcomes, access, and healthcare system efficiency. Participants will learn how behavioral health and medical care are delivered together in a team-based, whole-person approach. The module introduces key concepts including population health, brief interventions, team roles, and workflow integration, and highlights how IBH reduces fragmentation, enhances patient engagement, and supports better clinical and financial outcomes.
